We have a 14 calendar day returns policy on any product bought from us in case you have changed your mind. The policy begins on the date you have received the product from us.
Before doing your return, please contact us to inform us you want to return and we can help you from there.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO US?
1.) Package up your product as you received it in a secure waterproof package, which won't get damaged.
2.) Head over to HERE to receive free returns postage, may vary if located outside of the UK, then stick the label in your parcel. This method of free returns postage is only for customers who have paid by PayPal. If you have paid by a different method of payment, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us.
3.) Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Also please contact us at email@example.com to inform us on the day you have done the returned at the post office.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It can take up to 14 working days for your product to be delivered and processed back in our warehouse. (This excludes Weekends & Bank holidays)
Once we have done our checks on the products, we will issue a full refund into your account. This could take up to 3-5 workings days. The refund will be for the cost of the goods and will exclude the cost of postage.
Don't worry though, we will inform you every step of the way to let you know we have received your product to making sure you have your refund.
