Unfortunately, the password reset function is temporarily unavailable and we are working to fix this as soon as possible, if you have forgotten your password, please do not attempt to reset it until we fix the problem.
Chances are, you've already tried to reset your password, so as a temporary solution please see below.
1. I need to record a mix and can't access the DJ App
We Suggest setting up a temporary account using a different email to your actual account, this will allow you tempory access to the application and website to record and retrieve your mixes. You can do this via the application or desktop sign up features.
It has to be a new email address, not the current one you're locked out from.
Then once you are back to your original account, you can upload your mixes via the desktop website.
2. I have mixes on my device and want to upload them
If you need to upload a mix, we recommend exporting your mixes from your device on iTunes - see this article HERE.
Once you have done this and would like to upload, we can help you get the mixes onto your account for you. Please can you send us these details to our support email, email@example.com and we will happily upload for you for the time being:
- Your full email address of your locked out account.
- Your mix you require uploading.
- DJ Name
- Event name required
- Genres (Up to 3 different genres)
- Photo, if required to go along side your mix.
We will be checking daily on this and will inform you once it has been uploaded with a link.
If you have already set up a temporary account but have forgotten password you can request for it to be deleted for you to sign up again.
Do not fear, your locked out accounts will still be the same when you are able to log back in. This will include everything you've done on the account since you signed up.
We yet again apologise for any inconvenience its caused, we are working our hardest getting it back up.
