My box is receiving power but not receiving any audio
- Check the mic permission in your phone settings and make sure it's are set to allow for the EvermixApp.
- Close the app and reopen whilst box is connected to see if signal is being received.
- Open developer options and make sure 'disable audio routing' is NOT ticked.
- If you are using a USB-C to Micro USB converter, please make sure it’s OTG compatible, we suggest USB-C to Micro USB converter.
- Do you have an external power source connected via micro USB whilst attempting to record? If so, please disconnect.
