There are no lights on my EvermixBox

If your EvermixBox isn't lighting up, take the following steps:

1. Check your cable is properly lined up (arrow on cable aligned with the hole on the MixBox endplate)

2. Delete & Re-install the application.

3. Clean out the charging port, to make it dust/fluff free.

4. Make sure none of the pins in the Mini-Din cable is broken or bent.
